[WriteLog] Can't load 10.6

Thanks  Hank....

Tried downloading another 10.60G, Installed new Windows Installer, tried 
installing with network disconnected,
& still  get same ( A DLL required for this install to complete could 
not be run ) message about 70% into install.
I will try to install on other computers I have here with different 
versions of WinBlows. The computer I'm currently
having the problem with has  XP pro,  No  SP installed. I really don't 
want to install SP2 on it.  Thanks again for
