[WriteLog] PSK31 Window start causes bluescreen

I wanted to work FD and hand out some PSK31 Q's (new mode for me), but I
found when I open WriteLog's PSK31 window, it bluescreen's my new Dell. 
I'm sure this is because it is looking at some COM port which is already
assigned somewhere else.  Where can I find the PSK31 port settings so I
can change them?  If it's in the PSK31 window, then I'm out of luck - hi!
 (PSK31 is working fine in WinWarbler and the DX4WIN PSK31 interface, so
I know I'm operational, just need to get WriteLog in sync with the right
settings.)
