[WriteLog] Writelog MMTTY problems

I have NEVER installed the engine, just the full-version and the Writelog
plugin, and have never had a problem.  I use MMTTY (full, stand-alone) as my
day-to-day RTTY program.

In fact, I dind't even know about the "engine-only" version until someone here
reported problems.  Dumb luck, I guess?
