[WriteLog] New pop-up window

Well, guess it is my turn.    I have never had any problems with WriteLog
operation, upgrades, etc. until yesterday.   Now when I open WriteLog I get
a pop-up window that states:

Can't set WAV file recording to:

There is an "OK" box to click - I click it and then WL comes up fine.   The
only thing I use the soundboard for is DVK, so all my audio goes through it
all the time.   That still works fine.   Nothing seems to be failing, but
why the pop-up?

I am running Windows-98SE, WL v 10.58E, and using a Sound Blaster 16 PVI.

Any suggestions?
