[WriteLog] ESM and S&P Mode

IMHO, one of the best decisions Wayne made years ago was not to have a "run
mode" and an "S&P mode," this being a major source of problems for TR Log
users.  If you have ever used TR, you have hit the keys while being in the
wrong mode and messed up the QSO.

In WL, an easy approach if you like "Enter sends xch/QRZ" turned on
(emulates TR's run mode) and you S&P somebody, just hit shift-enter to avoid
the wrong message from going out.

Just a matter of personal preference and what you are used to, I think...
