[WriteLog] W. XP Userport Zip not responding

Hello,

Tried to get the dlportio.zip file from the 
http://www.albany.net/~bg/WriteLog/WLKeying.htm site by clicking on the 
"here" in the "Download dlportio.zip 
<http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/dlportio.zip>here and 
expand."   Unfortunately, get the error message that the 
http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/dlportio.zip can't be found on the 
server.  Need help getting the zip file so XP will allow LPT and WL to live 
together.
