[WriteLog] 7QP and Dupes

Anyone having trouble duping calls using wl 10.59d in
the 7QP contest.  Typing in a station you know is a
dupe on that band and it will not show as a dupe. 
Also the "report RCVD" will show only the first FOUR
letters of the 5 letter rcvd report..The call is not
shown in the CHECK CALL window as being worked before
on any band

Makes the 7QP module unusable.
