[WriteLog] cabrilo volta - SOLUTION

Hi Declan and all,
  Please read an email, I keep it in my files.
  Many guys (myself included) had the same question last year about converting Volta Log into Cabrillo file.
  Our good friend Larry, W0ETC [now SK] gave all who needed, a good solution.
  (We remember and miss you, Larry..)
  I have just converted this year Log (I am using WL version 10.55D) - this really good converter, please read below.
