[WriteLog] AN EXAMPLE .INI FILE

It would be helpful if we had an example ini file that illustrates
the use of every WL feature that needs an entry.

Unusual entries should be commented out initially, but allow their
activation by deleting the comment code and editing as necessary. At
present, many of us have to guess and experiment with the ini file
protocol to get some features working. Over the years I think I have
seen dozens of questions here concerning INI file protocol. If
examples had been provided with WL, few questions would have been necessary.

I remember seeing ini files that came with WL years ago which had
entries for certain features activated, but in later versions of that
file those entries had been completely removed with no clue as to how
to get those features working by newbies just starting with WL. If
those lines had been commented out rather than deleted, they might
have provided guidance.

NOTE: "comments" are lines appearing in computer code that explain
the code to a human, but are not executed by the computer. To make a
line a comment, you precede the line with the comment character.
Removing the comment code activates it.
