[WriteLog] Master.dta question

I am setting up for this weekends PVRC Reunion on the air and am looking
for a quick way to recognize a member.  Thought of using the Super Check
Partial function, but cannot seem to get anything to work for the
master.dta.  Docs say it is in CT format and I d/l the CT format from
the club seb site, but that doesn't seem to work.  Can anyone tell me
how to create a master.dta type file (for example from an askii file).
