My writelog.ini has a section that defines the cut numbers .... It sends TT1
to TT9, T10 to T99 - does not send N for 9 and only sents T for the leading
zeros.

[Cut-Numbers]
0=T
1=1
2=2
3=3
4=4
5=5
6=6
7=7
8=8
9=N
