[WriteLog] Spam Spots

[K0HB]

I know what section VY1JA, W0SD, KL7XW, and KH6NF are in.  Every other spot
is just fodder to keep the rate-meter pegged.  If you're using the cluster
to find mults, you're losing the contest.
