[WriteLog] WL & microHAM MK2R+ REMOTE STATION use???

This is not a microHAM issue ... it is a Winkey matter.  WinKey 
uses the pipe '|' character and not the ^ character.   WriteLog's 
^ character is a one dot space ... the WinKey | character is a 
one half-dot space.  To achieve the same result when using WinKey 
the ^ character should be mapped to two consecutive | characters.
