[WriteLog] Problem with QTC's

Sorry, not in RTTY....
You can send and also RECEIVE QTC'S with another station not in your
continent.. In the RTTY portion of the WAEDC there are no continental
limits; everybody can work everybody. Only QTC traffic must be performed
between different continents.
