This seems like a case of something in the .INI file having to be case-specific
when there is no need for it to be.

I wonder if Wayne could fix this and other unnecessary case-specific stuff in
the .INI file.  I wonder how many hours have been lost because someone typed in
a parameter with a single letter in the wrong case.
