I see from your notes that you are a Top Ten Decoder user.

I have a pair of them, and find that when running just over 100 watts on 20 
meters and above, they cause the relays in the ICE 419A to chatter.  On 10 
meters, the Led ON the Decoder goes completely out, and stays out until I 
reduce power to about 10 watts.

Wonder if you have seen that, and more importantly, found a fix?

P.S. Tried an independent Power supply from the receiver, toroids on all 
leads.  No help.
