[WriteLog] RttyriteTransmit hangs

I'm new to WriteLog, but not to RTTY.  I just installed 10.65E (Win 98SE, 
Dumb Terminal) and am having a problem.  When I transmit in Rttyrite, 
periodically it begins transmitting the first several characters, then hangs.  This 
happens whether I use the fuction key messages, the Alt-K Transmit from keyboard 
window or the Alt-K type ahead buffer.  In all cases, pressing ESC will return 
the ptt line to receive.  What's up?
