[WriteLog] Rotor control

Wayne,

I used the same approach but use just a single key to turn the rotor (top
row far right key - I can't tell what it was labeled as I have a "ROTOR"
label over it.  I also use the "HOME" key for the "SAVE" function.  This
function is used often in contests so this was also made into a single key
stroke.

These are very simple to accomplish in WL and save using the pull down
menus.

I programmed one of the keyboard shortcut keys in:

Tool | Keyboard Shortcuts

Now I simply use ALT+Z to swing the beam.
