[WriteLog] CTY-1607 Contest Country Files - 24 October 2006

Jim,
 
It looks like there may have been a glitch somewhere along 
the way of your fine effort of keeping the .dat files updated. 
 
After updating the country files for both WL and TR both programs and found
the following:
 
Not showing up correctly after the update:
 
>     * KC4/K2ARB is Antarctica, CE9 shows up as US
>     * TO8RR is Martinique, FM doesn't show any country
>     * GB5BIG is Northern Ireland, GI shows up as England
>	GB75GD is Scotland shows up as England
>     * GB0HEL is Wales, GW shows England
>	 LU4WG/W shows up as US
>     * VE2DXY is in CQ Zone 2 shows up as Zone 5
>     * VK3FY/9 is Christmas Island, VK9X show up as Norfolk
>     * LU/R1ANF is South Shetlands, VP8/h shows up as Argentina
>     * ZK (except for ZK2 and ZK3) is New Zealand, ZL doesn't show any
country
 
The rest are showing up correctly.
