[WriteLog] Rig Interfacing FT2000

It appears to work just fine if you set the radio to FTDX-9000. 
Just got done doing a few basic checks here with Writelog, 
microHAM microKEYER and FT-2000.  WriteLog was configured as 
always for operation with the microKEYER, the only change was 
to specify FTDX-9000 as the radio in Setup | Ports. 

Writelog could read frequency and mode from the radio, the radio 
would QSY properly in response to clicking on the bandmap.
