[WriteLog] STATES MULTS

Finally the only solution i found was to install the 1059 over 1058 and the 
problem solved.
Before this i made a clear install of 1054 in my portable computer (with 
windows xp just installed) and had the same problem!!!
Now i know how many states i worked...
