[WriteLog] Ver 10.61 Install

I fixed it.  I went back are loaded the last full version then the upgrade.
All is okay.

I am presently running 10.60G.  I downloaded wl1061emsiugp.exe and ran it as
directed.  During the install I get the following message:
 
Source file not found:
C:\DOCUM..\TEMP\wlfull01.cab 
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
 
It only gives retry and cancel as options.  I can't find the file
wlfull01.cab anywhere on my computer.  HELP?
