[WriteLog] More installation woes

I tried everything suggested. I cannot find a writelog.nin file or a wlogreg.ini file to move to the Windows directory. This is a clean install on a new HD. 

Uopen attempting to install ver 10.63 I get the error message "Writelog MSI installation from full 10.56 is not on this computer. Use the old style non MSI upgrade. All very frustrating, as all of my other software clean-installed seamlessly with no errors. 

Is this hopeless? :)
