[WriteLog] Contest Module Request - Manchester Mineira All America CW

Last year the CWJF group in Brazil invited all North American stations to
join them in the Manchester Mineira All America CW contest. I suspect it is
short notice to ask for a WL module for this fun contest for this year
(third weekend in May), but could the powers-to-be put this contest on the
list for next year?
