[WriteLog] Sound Card DVK problem

This may be due to a setting I have wrong now that I think of it, but what I 
ran into during NAQP SSB, was that sometimes I would hit the "F key" to send 
out a .wav file, and sometimes it would work, and sometimes it took two 
keystrokes to key the transmitter and send the file. It was unpredictable, 
so I gave up on it and went to all "live" transmissions. Any ideas on what I 
might have wrong?
