[WriteLog] Yaesu FT-2000 and Kenwood 4780HX

Bill, 

In my testing the WriteLog and the FT-2000 work together just fine 
with this specific configuration: 

  1) Set WriteLog for FT-9000 
  2) Set WriteLog "Baud rate" to 4800 (do not use Auto)
  3) The cable should connect pins 2,3,5 end to end and 
     pins 7,8 should be jumpered on the FT-2000 end 

  In addition, I recommend changing FT-2000 Menu 29 (CAT RTS) to OFF
  (disables handshake checking).
