[WriteLog] Ordering WL via PayPal

Anyone experiencing problems when using PayPal and attempting to order an
upgrade via the Writelog web site?  Just doesn't work for me (link goes
nowhere), other sites work just fine (no problems with WIN-TEST, or Ebay
etc.)
