Take a look in the Packet Terminal section in the Help files.
the to the COMM area of the Writelog.ini.
Those parameters are set in the .ini file.

Hi,

In preparing for this weekends WPX, I was working out how to connect 
packet to my laptop.  It has a COM1 port, but I am not sure how to set 
the speed on that port in Writelog.  The K9JY pages address setting COM 
Port speeds for the Rig Control, but I did not see anything for the 
Packet COM Port. 

Does anyone out there have the clip from the INI file that shows a COM 
Port speed setting?  What header would it be under too?
