[WriteLog] Packet COM Port Speed Parameter

Thanks Rick,

I see that section, but it is not clear how to set the speed for a port 
(COM1 in this case)  I am looking for the right syntax to use to set 
COM1 to 8n1 9600.  Would you or anyone else have a sample of that?
