[WriteLog] "Move the rotor" Sshortcut?

Alt-R, Z moves the rotator too.  Just prefer FKeys since it is one key, not 
multiple presses.  (Go to Writelog archives, enter rotator in search.  It's 
about the 7th one down.)

FKeys can be found by going to Google, and enter FKeys..
