[WriteLog] 10.62h upgrade

Currently use version 10.61E.

Windows XP, SP2.

When attempting to install 10.62H, I receive this error message:

" Writelog MSI installation from full 10.56 or later is not on this
computer.  Use old style, non-MSI upgrade."

The above was sent to the reflector early this month. This exactly 
duplicates my situation. Are we still waiting for a non-MSI  upgrade?  
Ron, Wayne, anyone, is this forthcoming?
