[WriteLog] 10.62 and MMTTY Module

Yep, beta alright, sure is flaky with me though.  Let's hope it's sorted and
a proper release can be made.

My major problem is a runtime error when attempting to open an RTTY Window
with the MMTTY Plug-in active.
