[WriteLog] Backspace delete in BPSK mode

The old mechanical teleprinters didn't have any way to back up and delete a
character, so it was never include in the code.  Some of the old tape
perforation machines would actually let you backspace and delete by punching
LTRS (all 5 holes punched) into the previous character.
