[WriteLog] FMRE (XE) Contest module

For those new WriteLog users wishing to operate the FMRE (XE) RTTY Contest this weekend, you will need to download and install a
module package created by Jorgen, SM6SRW.  This module package contains several RTTY contest modules that do not come standard with
WriteLog.  The link to the download, plus additional information can be found on the rttycontesting.com Downloads page (scroll to
the bottom of this page) at:

The SM6SRW module package found on the WriteLog website does not contain the latest module for the FMRE contest, so it's advised to
use the one on rttycontesting.com.

Also, the module is listed as "FMRE International RTTY Contest" when selecting a new contest in WriteLog.
