[WriteLog] MFC Application failure error

Hello all

Getting ready for FD and have WL 10.62h running fine on 2 XP and 1 Vista
(Enterprise) laptops. Installed WL on another Vista Enterprise laptop
and when I try to start a new log or load an existing one I instantly
get this error:

"WRITELOG MFC Application has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will
close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "

I can't find any reference to this in the archives, nor can I find any
meaningful errors in the event logs. 

Any clues?
