[WriteLog] installation

Is there any customer support for writelog other than here??  I had an earlier version of WL that worked fine but when I upgraded to 10.62H 3 weeks ago nothing works anymore.  I can't even go back to the original version (10.54C).  MMTTY works okay, but thats all.
