[WriteLog] Changing Default Folders

It looks to me like the "Start in:" points to where the WriteL32.exe file
is.

When you open a new log and eventually save it, that would be the time to
decide where you want to save it.
Default seems to be in the  My Documents\Writelog\   folder (directory for
old timers!).  But you can change it.
And it remembers where you saved the .wl file the last time.
At least that is what happens here!
