[WriteLog] RigblasterPRO

Hello I have a rigblasterpro and a brand new FT-2000 
so I want to work with this trx and writelog but I get not configurate this.
so I try a lot  but mayby there is someone who have the same configuration ?
and can  tel me how to do this 
Mine Rigblaster is connect on Com 4 and if I say in the port menu of Writelog 
CW on com 4 tahn de leds PTT and CW blink both.
and on the FT-2000 is always a  carrier 
so I do sometihin wron but what ?
