[WriteLog] POINTS CALCULATION VERSION 10.62

Hi Folks:
 
We had a MM effort in our contest station in Curitiba, and we have used the
WL 10.62
The SW is making a wrong calculation on QSOs in our Continent (SA) and our
Country Brazil.
It is considering 6 points for Brazil's contacts on low bands and 3 points
in high bands, instead 0 points.
Are somebody havind the same problem?
