I'm not sure I would trust that.

Set your PC clock (Windoze clock) to Casablanca / Monrovia time zone.
That's GMT but without any screwy daylight savings shifts.
Standard GMT is actually "England" time which does have daylight savings,
although I don't know if Windoze is smart enough to know when England
changes time. I certainly don't know.

I use W2000 here.

Regardless of precautions, I still plan on checking the PC time with WWV
Sunday morning just in case...
