[WriteLog] [CQ-Contest] microKeyer II as DVK

OK, I have the microKeyer set up, connected, and done the steps you give
below.

I've gone to the "DVK" tab in 'router' and learned how to record messages
into a bank.

But it's not evident to me how those messages relate to the <f-keys> in
WriteLog.
