I use a small add-in to the Windows Desktop called Alpha Clock
http://www.irnis.net/soft/aclock/. You can position it anywhere on the
screen and it displays UTC.

...clock that continuously shows the current time for Writelog.  My logging
program has this and I sure like to be sure I know the Writelog time as
opposed to the time my computer is set at.  I know, I know I should use GMT
all the time, but others use my computer and they don't like GMT. (Sigh)
