[WriteLog] AlphaSpid as DCU-1 Rotor

I had a conversation with the Alfa Radio guys about this and
the response was along the lines of: it is what it is and no one
is going to change it.  You have to emulate a Yaesu rotator to
get around this.  Unless you can get Writelog changed to be
able to program the baud rate.
