[WriteLog] IC-756PRO3 can't split

Using 10.63H, I just noticed I can’t operate split with my IC-756PROIII.
Every time I press the SPLIT button the radio switches to split operation
for a second and then back to transceive on the same frequency.   Exiting
Writelog enables the split operation as usual.
