[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug-in & PSK

Hi Aubrey
Open a RTTY window
go to the RTTY window and click on TU type
     Select Sound Card
In the RTTY window, click on Mode
     Select Bpsk
Feed audio to the sound card and tune the receiver to print a station in the 
RTTY window.
