[WriteLog] MMTTY plugin?

Does anyone know what happened to the MMTTY plugin download? I am 
getting an error message that says "Failed to create custom TNC 
handler", so I thought I would just re-install. But I don't find it 
on the Writelog page anymore. Can anyone tell me where it got moved to?
