[WriteLog] WriteLog - DIGI Keyer - IC7800

That was what DIGI Keyer template setting put me on.   Last night I figured 
and PTT on PHONE and RTTY works now.   (Always use full break-in on CW 
instead PTT.)

Anyway thanks for adivices.   I think every thing is working as intended.
