[WriteLog] CTY Frustration

I have always copied the latest CTY file to the programs directory and
run the conversion program before any contest. Just do that and do a
recalculate score from the drop down and you should be fine. Remember
that the score that Writelog calculates is only an estimate or "claimed"
score. When you submit the log the CQWW scoring software will calculate
the correct score regardless of what CTY file you use.
