[WriteLog] great fun in Russian Rtty

Prop wasn't the best...but I had fun learning the ins/outs.

I see they want Cabrillo, but it's greyed out on my 'export' menu in 
Writelog.

I remember there was a thread about how to update the module to fix this.

As the 'Comcast' guy says...pse enlighten me.
