[WriteLog] Bug(s) in computer control?

Field testing the new Elecraft K3 with Writelog 10.63H we have
encountered an anomaly that looks very much like a problem with Writelog
and may manifest itself with other radios as well:

Type a frequency into the callsign field and hit Enter. If the frequency
is within the same band, Writelog seems to append "001" to the set
frequency command. Thus, if you are on 14020.04 and you type in 14040,
Writelog sends 14040001. This sends the rig to 14040.001 (and puts it
into 1-Hz tuning resolution). If you type in 7040, the rig goes
correctly to 7040.00. The K3 command protocol, like the K2, is a
superset of the Kenwood protocol and this problem occurs with Writelog
set to either K2 or Kenwood. In addition to the funny error of adding
one Hertz, it is surprising that Writelog sends 1-Hz resolution at all
since it only accepts frequency entry to 1-KHz resolution.

Does anyone see this behavior with other radios? Ron and Wayne, are you
interested in fixing it?
